On Thursday 15th March the year 8 football team played Gt Yarmouth in the league.

It wasn’t a very strong start for Flegg when they played there last game of the season. They didn’t seem to want to score a goal. One thing Flegg had improved on was playing the offside trap. Yarmouth couldn’t get through. It was only until around the 20th minute when Yarmouth scored there first goal. Even that didn’t wake Flegg up and they finished the half 1-0 down.

The second half was a completely different game. Flegg dominated it for at least the first 15 minutes but then things started to even out. On about the 50th minute Yarmouth got there second. Flegg stayed strong and managed to hold the rest of the game without conceding another.

It’s finally the end of the season for Flegg but can they do better next year.
