Over the last three years, the final grades have improved and we hope for this to continue into this year and beyond.
Practical Activities include football, basketball, hockey, netball, rugby union, table tennis, tennis and rounders.
Gymnastic Activities – agilities, vaulting and floor routines.
Athletic Activities – Running (sprinting, mddle distance, long distance, hurdles and relay), jumping (high jump, long jump and triple jump), throwing (discus, shot and javelin).
Exercise Activities – Personal Exercise Plan (PEP) and fitness training (circuit, aerobics, continuous, weight-training).
